Serpent Mound star knowledge peace summits

Our gathering goes on for 3 full days and is filled with Ceremony... Experiences that YOU participate in and are transformed by. Wisdom and culture is shared throughout the gathering by Elders of all nations. 

We are blessed to have Internationally known speakers that inspire great change, allowing YOU to experience life through new eyes, seen from all perspectives, and brings greater understanding, compassion, and love for all.

We feature live music, drumming, ceremony, and vendors .

Where: 

Woodland Altars 33200 State Route 41 in Peebles, Ohio 45660.

Woodland Altars is an Appalachian scenic retreat. It is nestled in the beautiful hills of Adams County, only 6 miles from The Great Serpent Mound. The land is on an Ancient Sea Bed Centered in a 320 million year old Meteor Impact Crater. Located 75 miles east of Cincinnati, 76 Miles Southeast of Dayton and 80 Miles South of Columbus. 

Gathering Fee: 

$44.00 Per Day or $88.00 for 3 days. This is a family friendly event. Kids join in free (17 & Under) .

On-Site Lodging:

Only 40 Bunks available at the Heritage Lodge $60.00 for any of all 3 nights. This does not include General admission and is an "add on". Bunks are in one of two 30 person community rooms that may be subject to all genders. 

Vehicle (or Van) Camping Pass at the Heritage Lodge.  $60.00 for any of all 3 nights.  This is for regular sized, commuter vehicles. No water, No electric, No plug ins. This does not include General admission and is an "add on".

*PLEASE NOTE : ANY INDIVIDUAL STAYING ON SITE WILL BE SUBJECT TO HAVE A REGISTERED PASS. PASSES WILL BE PROVIDED AND MUST BE CLEARLY DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES ON YOUR BED or VEHICLE. IF YOU ARE FOUND ON SITE WITHOUT A PASS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY. . 

Vendor Space:

Loving Healthy Food Truck will be our Food Vendor.

NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR EXCESSIVE USE OF ALCOHOL PERMITTED. 

ANY APPARENT INTOXICATION AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND. 

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS BEYOND 24 HOURS OF THE PURCHASE OF THIS TICKET. You may donate your ticket, transfer it to another person of your choosing, or receive credit for another Serpent Mound Star Knowledge gathering . No shows or late cancellations (less than 48 hours) from the event will NOT be eligible for a credit.  

YOU HAVE 24 HOURS FROM YOUR TICKET PURCHASE TO REQUEST A REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS.
