Vibrational Sound Healing utilizes the power of vibrations and tones to induce an immediate relaxed state, which is the foundation of healing. It is known that sound waves have a range of therapeutic effects on the mind, body, and spirit. This type of energy medicine creates a sacred space where a wide variety of benefits can be accessed.

The use of sound in meditation is an effective way to entrain the brain to move into deep meditative and peaceful states, giving a clarity of mind and intuition. The benefits of our participants are truly amazing, ranging from relief from body pain and migraine headaches to the alteration of states of consciousness. Each experience is offered with healing intention and is intuitively created to be a truly releasing experience... allowing the old, stagnant, and unhelpful energies to be cleared away and transformed to new, strong, and harmonic energies.

She contributes her sound healing meditations regularly to the Wisdom Circles at Soul to Sole in Crafton and the Serpent Mound Star Knowledge Peace Summits, as well as intermittently fundraising/charity events.

My husband and I attended a group "sound bath healing" session and the results made these skeptics into believers... My shoulder/back had been jacked up and in pain for months and my spouse had been having on-going back cramps for a while. About 3 or 4 days after the session, we both noticed, "hey, where's my pain?" For me, it was at least 85% back to normal and for my husband his back issues were 100% gone! I won't lie, I'm a science-minded person and take a lot of new age stuff with a large grain of salt (I'm open-minded but very cautious). That all said, I don't yet understand how Leza does what she does (and it's kind of mucking up my logical, science-minded brain)... but Leza is 100% a healer and the things she does absolutely work. AMAZING STUFF!!!
